Waterslide rules have been drawn up to aid in protecting members and guests from injury. The majority of accidents we encounter occur in or around waterslides. It is imperative that all waterslide rules are followed at all times.
Persons using the slide must be 42 inches tall or be able to swim one length of the lap pool, demonstrating a strong free-style stroke. All children must show the lifeguard on duty at the lap pool that he or she can perform this task.
Swimmers must exit catch pool immediately.
No flotation aids of any kind are permitted in slide.
Only one person is allowed down the slide at a time.
Sliding head first or on one’s stomach is prohibited.
Goggles, swim-masks, prescription glasses, and sunglasses are not permitted on the slide as they may break, introducing glass into the pool.
No running up slide stairs as they may be slick when wet.
Swimming in the catch pool is not allowed when slide is in use.
No balls or toys are allowed on or in the waterslide area
  • Swim Team
Twisters is Twin Creeks’ Summer League Swim Team. It is a two month program (May/June) that gives kids the opportunity to compete in a fun, team oriented environment against other swim clubs in the area. Summer League is for kids ages 5 to 18. Practices are held Monday through Friday after school in May and in the morning once school is out. We'll compete in home and away meets on Saturdays and host special parties at the club for the swim team. To be eligible, kids must be able to swim one length of the pool without assistance.

Each age group will have practice daily, which allows flexibility in attendance due to conflicts with other sports, extracurricular activities or school. Children may be moved to a different group due to skill and size of practice. The final practice schedule is dependent upon actual numbers of swimmers in each age group. Swimmers will be placed into summer practice groups based not only on age, but also by skills observed during after school practice during the month of May. Our goal is to have an appropriate number in each group to allow for effective coaching as well as swimmer safety.
