Residents of the Twin Creeks Community enjoy Community Membership privileges. Community Membership includes full use of the Club's Family Activity Center amenities:

• Fitness Facility featuring Cybex and Precor equipment
• Aerobics Studio hosting a wide range of high-and low-intensity group classes including: Yoga, Pilates Combo, Body Sculpting Plus,Cardio Combo, Aqua Fitness and more!
• Junior Olympic and Recreational swimming pools with Waterslide
• Poolside Cabana
• Kids Corner (childcare)*
• Tennis (to-be-built)*

Residents of the Twin Creeks community have a mandatory community membership attached to their property. The dues per month for this membership are $85 per month (plus tax). Residents who wish to move into a higher membership category pay the higher category's dues in lieu of community resident dues. Please note, this membership is separate and unrelated to the Twin Creeks homeowner’s dues ($90 quarterly) billed by the neighborhood HOA.
