The 8,000-square-foot Family Activities Center offers a fitness center featuring Cybex and Precor equipment, along with an aerobics studio hosting a wide range of high and low intensity classes.

Semi-Personal training is for small groups of clients that want the guidance and motivation of a personal trainer, individualized program design, the camaraderie of working out with others and a lower cost solution than traditional personal training.
