Who operates the Club?
Twin Creeks Country Club is privately owned by The Dominion Golf Group. An advisory board serves as a liaison between Members and management.
What types of Memberships are offered?
The Club offers several categories of Membership, including Golf, Social, Community, Corporate, and Dual. Please refer to the membership section for details on each category.
Do Club Members have input into the activities of the Club?
Yes. An advisory board composed of Club Members serves as a liaison with ownership and management to foster good relations and to work for the betterment of The Club. The advisory board provides direct input into the programs, plans, and activities of the Club.
How do I become a Member?
A Membership application is completed and presented at the weekly admissions Committee for review and approval.
Do I have to live in Twin Creeks to be a Member?
No. Social, Golf, Corporate and Dual Memberships are available to both residents and non-residents of the Twin Creeks Community.
Is Membership required of those living within the Twin Creeks Community?
Yes. Each owner of property in Twin Creeks obtains a Community Membership in Twin Creeks Country Club. This Community Membership is effective upon closing on the purchase of a Twin Creeks property. What are the HOA dues for Twin Creeks residents?
Twin Creeks Country Club is not affiliated with the Twin Creeks homeowner’s association (“HOA”). The HOA entity, TC Twin Creeks Community Inc., is managed by Goodwin Property Management. Twin Creeks residents may contact Goodwin Property Management directly at 512-852-7998 or online at twn.goodwintx.com for additional information, including quarterly HOA dues.
How do I receive my Member card?
Please stop by the Family Activities Center Tuesday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm to receive your membership/access card. Each family may receive two photo cards included with their membership. Additional cards for other family members are $5 each. The family member must be present for the card to be issued, and he/she must meet the membership requirements of the Plan.
