2023 Twin Creeks Member Guest

September 13th-16th, 2023 

Gentlemen,

This e-mail serves as a reminder of the upcoming Member Guest registration. The registration date is June 1st and sign-ups will open via Foretees at 10:00am. The first 88 teams to register will make up the field for 2023. This year’s committee voted on a format change. The 2023 Member Guest will be a 45-hole quota format. The 88 teams will be divided into 4 flights. Each team will play 18 holes Thursday, 18 holes Friday, and 9 holes Saturday followed by a shootout!   We will again use a streamlined process for registration. The only thing you will need to register is the member’s name as well as the guest’s name. Our goal is to make the initial registration as easy as possible. Below you will find the details to know following registration.

• Following registration, we will send out a corresponding e-mail with the details needed for you and your guest for the event. (you should receive this e-mail 48-72 hours after registration)
• On June 15th your member account will be charged a $300 registration fee, which is a non-refundable deposit.
• On July 15th the first installment of $1,000 will be billed to the member account.
• On August 15th the remaining balance will be billed, completing team registration.
• Any cancellations following the completed registration deadline are subject to cancellation fees of ½ of the initial entry fee. This is a discretionary fee that can be looked at on a case-by-case basis by the Member Guest Committee.
• Cancellation(s) after September 1st are subject to the full cost of the entry fee. 
• Teams on the wait list will not be billed until they are moved into the field.
• The full schedule of events, rules, and itinerary will be available on the GolfGenius website and will be sent in follow up communications.
• The cost for the 2023 Twin Creeks Member Guest is $2000 per team.
