Brad Patridge
Forward Motion Fitness

Brad's career began as a love for baseball – a sport he played from boyhood through college – and developed into a passion for better life and health in all realms, including sports.Brad is devoted to the science and philosophy of strength and conditioning. He completed Level I and II mentorships at Athlete’s Performance in Arizona, one of the most highly respected professional athletic training facilities in the world. He is certified in administering the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and a computerized cardiovascular health assessment. All of his client’s programs are designed with these core diagnostics in mind.

“I get pretty excited about helping clients reach their goals, whether it’s an athlete or someone who’s just trying to feel better, work better, and live better,” says Brad. “I feel it’s my job to educate people about determining realistic results and pacing. We can and do achieve amazing results, but we do it the right way. And with the right way, you get to keep the results.” Brad also believes in establishing a flexible, stress-free program. “I will push people when they need it and be there to urge them on, but I can’t understand the mentality that personal trainers are just there to get in your face and bully you into one more workout,” he explains. “I want to eliminate all the excuses and keep you from turning off. I want my clients to feel better all around, on all accounts.”
