Strengthen your golf game by strengthening your body! Join our Personal Trainer, Erica, for a workout geared towards the movements of your golf game! Exercises are referenced from the Titleist Performance Institute and will focus on what you need to build strength and flexibility for when you hit the course! 

$10 Per Person | Includes Exercises and Discussion with the focus on strengthening your body for the game of golf. (Class Size Limited)
