Hatha Yoga Flow with Suzanne | Tuesdays at 9AM
Hatha Flow Yoga combines flexibility, strength, balance, awareness of self, and a peaceful mind. This class will start with a centering stretch and breath, then move into a warrior flow filled with standing poses, balance poses, hip openers and so much more. Hatha Flow is the perfect opportunity to be yourself and have fun. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and ages. We recommend bringing your yoga mat for your Slow Hatha Flow class. You can find this class located in the FAC's downstairs fitness studio.
