Ellis's Mat Pilates class is a full body workout that creates long, lean muscles. Mat Pilates is performed on a mat on the floor and achieves results by using gravity and your body's own resistance ? and occasionally small props, such as foam rollers, the magic circle or ring, balls or weights. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and ages. You can find this class located in the FAC's downstairs fitness studio.
