Pilates Summer Challenge | Starting July 8th


Join Shelby for the ultimate 3 Week Summer Pilates Wellness Challenge! Get inspired and become your strongest and most empowered self.

This program is designed to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals, while also connecting you with a community of people who uplift and encourage you!

In three weeks you will build deep strength, gain flexibility, breath deeper, and create a healthy routine. No Pilates experience is required. BYOM (bring your own mat).

Weekly Workouts Class Styles include:

Pilates Essentials: Learn essential Pilates techniques, and feel the benefits of correct posture and alignment. Leave feeling connected and calm.

Pilates HIIT: Challenge yourself by combining the best of Pilates and high intensity cardio bursts. Leave feeling empowered and sweaty

Pilates Stretch: Nourish your muscles and find your center with this Pilates + Yoga inspired class. Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Pilates Strength: Build deep core and stability strength, though traditional Pilates movements, plus weights and resistance bands. Leave feeling strong and capable.

Pilates Barre: Experience the best of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates, with the ultimate fusion class. This class aligns, lengthens, and sculpts in all the best ways! Leave feeling upbeat and centered.
