Are you searching for an avenue into more movement? Looking for a way to connect with others? Or do you just need time to destress and recharge?

Then WINEdown Wednesdays are for you! Bring a friend and come melt away the day with us for 1-hour restorative yoga class, followed by great wine, and connection with others.

You will be successful, encouraged, and supported throughout this class.
