Suzanne's Yoga Conditioning is a blend of yoga poses, mat Pilates, and barre work. This class focuses on core training and toning the whole body. This is a powerful and effective combination. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and ages. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat for your Yoga Conditioning class. You can find this class located in the FAC's downstairs studio.
