The 8,000-square-foot Family Activities Center offers a fitness center featuring FreeMotion equipment, personal training, recovery services, massage therapy, and hosts a variety of complimentary group fitness classes. 

Fitness Center Information

Hours of Operation
Open 5AM to 10:30PM | 7 Days a Week

Members must use their key cards to access the gym. 

Fitness Center Expectations

  • Members must be 16 years old or accompanied by an adult.
  • Please disinfect and return equipment after each use.
  • Handle weights carefully. Please do not drop equipment.
  • Report broken equipment or safety issues to the fitness team/front desk.
  • Appropriate gym attire must be worn at all times.
  • Please use headphones when playing personal music.
  • Food is not allowed in the gym.

Group Fitness

Power Hour Power hour is a full-body workout that uses multiple modalities and intensities. All levels are adaptable for any fitness level with kettlebell bands, assault bikes, dumbbells, slam balls, and body weight movement.  
Strength Training  Strength Training is a basic total body strength workout with 1-minute cardio bursts between sets, followed by core and stretching exercises. Equipment used for this class are fitness steps, dumbbells, bender balls, and mats. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. 
HIIT Circuit  HIIT Circuit is High-Intensity Interval Training. Choosing your weights, resistance, and pace at your own level. This class is designed for cardio, strength training, functional training, and endurance.
Barre  A low-impact, full-body workout combining elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. This class focuses on small, controlled movements to improve posture, flexibility, and muscle tone. Perfect for all fitness levels!
Power Vinyasa   Power Vinyasa class is an advanced all-levels yoga flow designed to strengthen, challenge, and relax your mind and body. Come prepared with your yoga mat and water bottle. 
Yoga Conditioning  Yoga Conditioning is a blend of yoga poses, mat Pilates, and barre work. This class focuses on core training and toning the whole body. This is a powerful and effective combination. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and ages. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat for your Yoga Conditioning class.
Mat Pilates  This low-impact workout focuses on controlled movements and precise techniques to build core strength, improve posture, and promote balance. Suitable for all fitness levels, it's the perfect way to tone your body and leave feeling centered and refreshed.
Aqua Fitness Aqua Fitness- all year around water class for ages 13 and up. Utilizes different levels of weights, noodles and water resistance for an overall body workout.
