YOGA CONDITIONING
Suzanne's Yoga Conditioning is a blend of yoga poses, mat Pilates, and barre work. This class focuses on core training and toning the whole body. This is a powerful and effective combination. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and ages.
It is recommended to bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Class is located in the FAC's downstairs studio.
