Join us for a delicious evening celebrating the vibrant flavors of Spain! Watch as guest Chef, Sam Hays, prepares authentic paella live before your eyes ? a feast of Spanish rice, fresh seafood, tender chicken, and savory chorizo, all cooked to perfection in a traditional paella pan. It?s the perfect night to savor great food, good company, and a lively atmosphere!

Chicken Thighs | Spanish Chorizo (smoked, cured variety) | Prawns or Large Shrimp

Mussels | Bomba or Calasparra Rice | Chicken Stock and Seafood Stock | Sofrito base (onion, garlic, tomato) | Smoked Paprika | Saffron Threads | Olive Oil | Salt | Lemon Wedges | Flat-Leaf Parsley | Peas
