Dorothy's Strength Training is a basic total body strength workout with 1-minute cardio bursts between sets, followed by core and stretching exercises. Equipment needed for this class is a fitness step, dumbbells, bender ball, and mat. Some workouts will require other equipment such as a stability ball, weighted bar, sand bells, resistance band, and resistance tube. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and ages. You can find this class located in the FAC's downstairs studio.
